Includes an all star cast from previous books as well as some delightful newbies. I love what Jim Butcher did with Hades. |

Artfully integrates multiple storylines and continues plot arcs from previous books. Pacing is edge of your seat as always. |
Summary
“Skin
Game” by Jim Butcher
is “League
of Extraordinary Gentleman” meets “Ocean's
11”. Harry Dresden's life is always complicated, and he's
always stuck between a rock and a hard place. This time he gets stuck
on a team of villains who are planning the greatest robbery of all
time. They plan to make off with the cream of Hades'
(yes, the Greek God Hades) treasure vault. The only question is
which of them will manage to survive the endeavor, if any.
This is the 15th book in the Harry
Dresden series and is absolutely not a stand alone read. You need to
commit to Harry all the way, just like marriage. Even though you
won't get a diamond ring, it's still worth it. I gobbled down all 454
pages in 2 days. That's how I differentiate a 5 star book from a 4
star book. For 5 stars I need to not care how much it costs. Screw
groceries. I'll live on Ramen
noodles for the month just to afford the book. I also have to be
so engrossed I don't even realize I've stayed up all night reading it
until dawn peaks through the window. “Skin
Game” rates a blazing 5 stars on my scale.
